Samiksha Singh, known as Sameksha, has worked in films and television across five languages — from her Telugu lead debut in 143 (2004) to Punjabi cinema and Hindi TV dramas such as Porus — and now directs and produces.

From Chandigarh to five industries

Born in Chandigarh, Sameksha debuted as the lead in Puri Jagannadh’s Telugu film 143 (2004), followed by the Tamil film Arinthum Ariyamalum. Her Punjabi drama Fateh (2014) earned her the Balraj Sahni Honour Award.

Television and producing

On TV she led Zaara – Pyaar Ki Saugat, played Olympias in Porus and appeared in Khichdi Returns and Tantra. With her husband, singer Shael Oswal, she runs SSO Productions.
